Enterprise Paper is a locally owned supplier of paper products, cleaning supplies, and food packaging materials. Following a period of significant growth, the company faced increasing pressure on its existing headquarters in Coquitlam and needed additional workspace to support its expanding team and operations.
To accommodate this growth, the project involved expanding the second-floor office area within the existing warehouse and office building, creating new offices, meeting rooms, and employee amenity spaces. A key objective was to modernize the facility while seamlessly integrating the new areas with the original building, ensuring there was no obvious distinction between the newly constructed spaces and the existing 1970s-era offices.
The design focused on supporting the collaborative culture of the company by introducing a variety of flexible work environments, including informal gathering spaces, kitchen-based town hall areas, private meeting rooms, and quiet zones for focused work and reflection. Bright, contemporary finishes and thoughtful planning helped transform the workplace into a more engaging and productive environment.
Both the renovated and newly constructed washrooms were designed with a hospitality-inspired approach, incorporating refined finishes and detailing that evoke the experience of a boutique hotel.
To help the client confidently visualize the transformation before construction began, detailed 3D renderings were developed throughout the design process, providing a clear understanding of the final outcome and supporting informed decision-making.
