This full-floor tenant improvement renovation project for head office facilities for a local eyeware company that provides both on-line and in-person retail sales sites.   

It was important to the client that the staff felt engaged with their office space and they were giving the opportunity to provide input on the type of graphic images throughout the office.   Bright and colourful were two words that they mentioned when describing the space they wanted to create from a space that was formerly a very traditional style office.    

Removing the traditional t-bar ceiling from the open areas increased the energy in the space.    Furniture selection was also an important element to provide options and choices yet still have a cohesive feel.      

Polished concrete floors mixed with curved carpeted areas provide zoning and acoustic relief.    Single occupant and team booths for up to 4 people allow for zoom calls yet maintaining the open office for all employees including the executive team.    

For the client to be confident in what the new space would be like we provided a fly-through of the entire office in full video 3d rendering.This tool was very helpful and left no surprises when it came to move in day.
